Customer Support — a unique indie game where you step into the world of answering calls, helping customers, and dealing with all the chaos that comes with it.
We had a good run! Thanks man, I hope you make more games soon! We appreciate the work you put in and we appreciate the time you take to make games. We hope to see more! Cheers!
Genuinely the worst attempt at a ps2 horror game I've ever seen. This just follows the same boring nightshift horror game, but this time it makes absolutely no sense.
You're trying to help this guy with his magic radio, he somehow hears something you say to yourself DESPITE the phone being hung up, the radio not even being fixed yet, and there being no one else in the store...
He wouldn't be able to intercept and block phone calls WHATSOEVER with a radio, especially not to the police, and ESPECIALLY not on a landline as he's not even THERE.
He blocks the unlocked automatic sliding doors just to break down the metal door in the back??? Like, even then, the wooden door on the inside would've made the most sense to break down since it's WOOD
You can ONLY die. You can't run from him since the killer runs at 36 mph, he somehow knows it's you running on the sidewalk in the middle of the night despite having never seen your face, and it's hands down, the biggest stinky pile of dogshit, wannabe puppet combo ps2 graphics garbage I will probably ever play.
There wasn't even like, an ATTEMPT made at making this a GAME, who gives a fuck if Caseoh played it? Just some horrorslop nonsense.
Congratulations to all the creators of this game, it's very good, I will play your other game which I think is the continuation of this one, please subscribe to my YouTube channel, thank you, I'm very excited, greetings from Spain
This was a fun short experience! I appreciate the check point at the end so we don't have to go through the whole game again to get the other endings. I plan to play Dressing Room next!
This was so nostalgic lol. I loved it. Very much reminded me of Radio Shack for some reason. Man I miss that place. It was like a little chest full of treasure for a tiny geeky me.
I managed to get all the endings! Thank you so much for having a checkpoint in there. It was a LOT less arduous to hunt down those endings than it could have been. I actually really loved playing this lol, and I do appreciate the accuracy of the message. Tech Support is deadly.
1 star, made me shit my pants. Nah, I'm just kidding 5 stars, but I did shit my pants. Also, he called me smart boy so it hurt my feelings like he said "good boy"

The story was eerie and unsettling, turning simple night-shift tasks and phone calls into real horror.
The gameplay was well designed, with choices and multiple endings adding tension.
Thank you for creating such a chilling experience!
I played in Japanese and uploaded a gameplay video here:
