You are left alone to manage the customer support calls of the night at a 90's tech store.
The questions are all the same. Boring. Repetitive.
Until they’re not.
Your shift starts like any other: mop the floors, answer the phone, restock the shelves, clean the windows. But as the night wears on, the calls start getting... strange. More personal. More threatening.
Survive the night. Do your tasks. Answer the phone.

Controls:

Note:
This game is best played in a dark room, with headphones on, and your phone set to silent.
After all... there’s already one phone ringing.
Update 1.1 Changes:
- Fixed a bug with ending 2.
- Made the Choice UI less ugly.
- Locked the bathroom door so you people don't keep hiding in the bathroom.
- Added a bus at the start.
- Most importantly: Added a checkpoint at the end so you can replay all of the endings without having to replay the whole game.

Update 1.3 Changes:
- Added a link to our YouTube channel.
- Removed the link to CaseOh's Twitch video about the game.
- Made the game less "railroaded" by removing a barrier in the finale back room.
- Fixed a bug where you could trigger ending 2 multiple times.
I apologize to all of the players that had to replay the whole game 3 times to see all of the endings. I genuinely didn't know you were gonna care that much. Thanks to all of you for playing!

I went through to get all the endings. I like that the killer is the same in every game. Like this man is hunting down people on the night shift at different spots. 10/10

Didn’t expect this to creep me out so much. Starts off normal, then the calls get really weird… and yeah, that jumpscare got me 😅 Loved it.
I'm dropping this little feedback here because I've tried a couple games from you guys, Customer support and Pawn shop and let me tell you it's not a "Windows only" game because it works PERFECT on my Arch Linux through Lutris with wine/proton.
Just have to say that I would have cooked that story a little more so we would give our angry customer a better reason to be mad lol It's still very nice and I played it a couple times to get all endings (:
If I see a new game from you in the future I'll be happy to try it <3

worst game in history it ruined everything i have i lost my job and family, and half of my liver because of the game i even lost the money i had in my savings account
I feel as if the game could have had a better lead up or cause for the murderer to attack the player (an insult seems unrealistic), but otherwise good game!
If you make more of these types of game i'm gonna have to play them all. 10/10

This is a fantastic and genuinely unsettling psychological horror! The 90s setting and escalating customer calls are brilliantly executed, turning a mundane job into a terrifying experience. Short, suspenseful, and the multiple endings are a great touch!

one of the many horrors of working customer service jobs but not for the untrained if you catch my drift. ColourPlays Games did a really good job building ambiance for the story mechanics were solid just phones got annoying to answer like it would be IRL lol but were here to help.
